Pegasus Roofing and Construction is the product of a lifetime spent on rooftops, a deep respect for honest craftsmanship, and a genuine desire to serve the homeowners of Central Arkansas. From a Family Trade to a Central Arkansas Institution
Joseph Blankenship picked up his first roofing tools at 10 years old. His father was a roofer, and from an early age, Joseph was right there alongside him — learning the trade not from a textbook, but from hands-on experience on real roofs in real Arkansas weather. That early foundation gave Joseph something most contractors simply can’t offer: a lifetime of genuine roofing knowledge built one shingle, one ridge, and one repair at a time.
For years, Joseph honed his skills across a wide range of exterior projects — roofing, gutters, siding, windows, fencing, decks, and more — developing the kind of well-rounded expertise that comes only from doing the work day in and day out. Over time, he built a reputation in Central Arkansas as someone who showed up, did the job right, and never cut corners — regardless of the size of the project.
Three years ago, Joseph took that reputation and turned it into something bigger. He founded Pegasus Roofing and Construction with a clear mission: build a company that could genuinely grow, create opportunity in the community, and deliver exterior work that Arkansas homeowners could truly depend on. Today, Pegasus Roofing and Construction operates with a team that brings over 20 years of combined experience to every job site.
